How to turn the Sony Dream Machine into a Morning Dream Recall Progressive Alarm Clock:

1. download the latest Morning Progressive Dream Recall Alarm Mp3,
2. burn the MP3 to an Blank Recordable CD to create an audio CD.
3. Place that audio CD into the CD alarm clock, and set the alarm to go off 10 minutes before you need to get out of bed.
